Smoke It Out Workwear LLC was founded in 2024 by Josh Evans, a welder with over 17 years of hands-on industry experience and a current welding instructor dedicated to shaping the future of the trades.
Born from the jobsite—not a boardroom—Smoke It Out Workwear exists for the men and women who earn their living through hard work, skill, and pride in their craft. After years spent in the field and now in the classroom, Josh saw a need for workwear that not only performs under real conditions, but also represents the identity, grit, and professionalism of skilled tradespeople.
Our mission is simple: To inspire and empower the next generation by supporting the trades with high-quality workwear and by helping pass down the skills, discipline, and work ethic that built this industry. As an instructor, Josh teaches more than welding—he teaches responsibility, craftsmanship, and pride in doing things the right way.
