At Smoke It Out Workwear, we stand behind the quality of our gear. We understand that sizing and fit don’t always work out, so we offer a fair return window while prioritizing easy exchanges.
Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery
Items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
Free of odors, stains, or damage
In original condition with tags attached
Refund Conditions
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed after inspection
Exchange Policy (Preferred Option)
We strongly encourage exchanges and are happy to help ensure the right fit.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Size exchanges for the same item are allowed (subject to availability)
Exchanges for a different item are permitted:
If the new item costs more, the customer pays the difference
If the new item costs less, store credit will be issued
Fire-Resistant (FR) Garments
Due to safety and compliance standards:
FR garments are eligible for exchange or store credit only
FR garments are not eligible for cash refunds
Items must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Worn, washed, or altered items
Items missing original tags
Clearance or final-sale items
Custom or limited-edition products
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
We will issue a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost to you

Wait for approval and return instructions
Once received and inspected, your return or exchange will be processed
