Built to work as hard as you do — and backed by a policy that respects that. If something isn't quite right, we'll make it easy to fix.

Our 30-Day Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange eligible items. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

FR-Certified Gear
For safety and certification integrity, flame-resistant items that have been worn cannot be accepted for return or exchange. We recommend trying items on indoors, with tags still attached, before wearing them on the job site.

What's Not Returnable
Custom or embroidered items, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at smokeitoutworkwear@protonmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and walk you through the next steps.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free. Let us know what you need when you request your return, and we'll ship your replacement as soon as we receive the original item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation once it's done.

Return Shipping
We cover return shipping on all eligible returns and exchanges within the continental US.
